Customer Information

• Customer must measure the width and height of their screen opening in centimeters.
• Customer must provide exact measurements.
• Custom made based on your size input.
• Use a measuring tape for accurate results.
• Please verify all measurements before submitting your quote request.

Our Process

• All quote requests are reviewed before acceptance.
• You will receive a confirmation email stating whether the screen can be made and confirming the final price.
• Completion time varies depending on order size and current workload,You will receive an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed.
• We only work with white frames and black mesh.
• We will send you images of the screens when they are ready.
• We will give you a few locations to meet for the delivery.

What We Do Not Offer

• We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• We do not offer rush orders. Please allow approximately one week for production.
• We do not use the mesh for pets.
• We do not repair screens.
• We do not take old customer screens and make them smaller.
• We do not install double mesh.
• We do not make door screens.
• We do not come to the client's house for measurements.
• We do not install the screens.

Payment & Pickup

• Minimum Order Price: Any screen with a calculated price below CG 100 will be charged the minimum price of CG 100.
• Payment is accepted by online bank transfer.
• Pay upfront (online payment) for production to begin.
• Production begins only after the payment has been confirmed.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• We will send you a digital receipt with your details, screen information and payment details.
• Pickup is arranged at a public meeting location. Information will be provided when the screens are ready.
